*RECRUITMENT OF OFFICERS/ENGINEERS IN IOCL THROUGH GATE - 2021 

• THE ENGINEERING DISCIPLINES WHICH ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RECRUITMENT ARE -

1. Chemical (CH )
2. Civil (CE) 
3. Electrical (EE )
4. Instrumentation (IN)
5. Mechanical (ME)

• PROCEDURE FOR SELECTION :

1. Shortlisting for GROUP DISCUSSION (GD) & GROUP TASKS (GT) will be based on GATE-2021 marks in respective Engineering disciplines .
2. After GD and GT ,Personal interview (PI) will be held for the selected candidates.
3. Based on performance of GD, GT AND PI recruiters will select the the candidates for respective positions. 

• IMPORTANT THINGS REGARDING SELECTION PROCEDURE :      

1. Candidates have to apply separately for GATE-2021 and  INDIAN OIL (IOCL).
2. INDIAN OIL's online application module will go live after the GATE-2021 Admit Cards are made available by the GATE-2021 authorities.
